Compact and bijou room

Very convenient hotel close to London Bridge tube station. Room quite small and bathroom even small. Room was spotless and had all essential items. We were kept awake the first night by roadworks just outside the hotel which were out of the control of the hotel. The hotel was very apologetic and assured us there would not be roadworks for next two nights or they would have moved us. A fruit bowl and little box of sweets were sent to room as an apology. Overall lovely hotel.

We booked this room as we had very early appointment at Guys Cancer Unit. Despite this not being a leisure stay the hotel made this whole experience so much better. The hotel is lovely, ideally situated to London Bridge station and the staff were chill and so helpful. The room was great, comfy, clean, chic, perfect.

Beautifully presented hotel with superb staff! Friendly and efficient. The only negatives were - TV feed cut out each evening and I had to call reception to have a staff member come and reboot the system. They did this efficiently but it was annoying that it kept happening. Cupboard door to mini fridge was jammed closed and difficult to open. Needs a carpenter to refit it. Bathroom room kept swinging open with an annoying creaking noise. Minor quibbles which are easily resolved. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend the hotel.
