I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and I have a mixed review. Overall, my experience was unpleasant, however I will try to be fair. Let’s start with the positives: The hotel has a great price point, the pool seems nice (although I never used it), breakfast was decent and diverse and overall the room was quite ( keep in mind I was on the last floor and mostly empty floor). The negatives: - The rooms are humid and have a strong mildew smell. It’s not just the room itself, but also the bedding, pillows, and curtains. It’s nauseating. The humidity is a major issue due to poor ventilation. The walls are damp and sticky. I believe the shower design makes the problem even worse. - Cleaning standards should be improved, especially when it comes to the bedding. - It’s not the most ideal location if you want to visit beaches and explore the islands. Although there’s a shuttle bus with last return time at 18:30 - There was misleading information regarding the restaurant/dining discount vouchers offered at check-in. We tried to use the discount when paying the room service at checkout, but they did not accept to apply it saying that it only applies when you eat at the hotel restaurant. Keep in mind that the room service is coming from same restaurant, and is more pricey (it is a small hotel after all). These conditions were neither written down nor explained beforehand, so be aware of this. It is not about the discount (maybe less than 5 euros) but the attitude

The hotel's breakfast was good. We stayed for 2 nights, our room was cleaned every day, and having a shuttle to the beach was great; they take you there at certain times and bring you back to the hotel. It would be even better if they had a shuttle available in the evenings. The hotel is far from the center, and the path isn't suitable for walking. The pool was also enjoyable and nice. Thank you.

Auch hier war es so, dass wir für drei Personen bezahlt haben, aber es kein weiteres Bett gegeben hat. Das Kind musste auf einem kurzen Sofa schlafen, obwohl wir einen vollen Preis für das Kind bezahlt haben. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Ebenso war der Pool beziehungsweise die Poolanlage sehr angenehm.

This hotel was promoted as having parking available, be careful especially during high season as there are probably not more than 12 parking spots and the hotel is located in a very small Soi (street) where there is no on road parking. Access to Kata beach is very limited as the hotel shuttle only runs every two hours and does not run after 6:30pm. The beaches are not walking distance.

The King size bed mattress is too soft and I just could not make use of it to sleep. The single bed has a firmer mattress. For the breadfast, the fruits and salad are alight. But not the bread. My group tried the different types of bread, they were not delicious ; they tasted more like those mass produced by factory, regretted paying for the breadfast.
