Brilliant atmosphere with a great view of the volcano. Professional and ambitious staff who were very helpful and went above and beyond. The italian breakfast was great but what really stood out was the tasting menu at dinner. It was the food highlight during a 2 week trip through Italy. A great experience.

Love This Place!

I loved this place. Well located and luckily very well lit (there was a ton of fog when I arrived and their large, well-lit sign made all the difference. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very elegant. There is a stunning view of Mt. Etna, and their chef is excellent. Can't wait to come back!

This is a beautiful property. The staff members went above and beyond. The restaurant is great and highly recommended. They even arranged a private pistachio tasting for us. For the price, it is a great value. Architecturally, the property is stunning inside.
