Easy access to the key areas in Chetumal. Roomy free parking. Good queen beed room. Bathroom need a little rework (water flush in toilett is very slow). Good event during our stay (Jewelery promo and wholesale feom vendor coming from Puebla) We purchased some items with good price. Hot breakfast was good (eggs, some fruits, coffee, milk, bread, etc). Easy to walk to the beautiful Shoreline boulevard amd tle the water taxi to BELIZE.

The property is spotless, but the best part is the staff every single one on the front desk or restaurant was fantastic, I returned to their restaurant even after I had left the place. Great location for ferry to Belize

The location was very good to take the ferry to Belize the next morning, and also to enjoy the activities on the malecon on a Friday night. The hotel room itself was very uncomfortable - it had no window! However the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
