We loved our stay at Riverside Impression. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating and took time welcoming us to the area and mapping out the sights. It is in a safe, quiet area away from the chaos of the night markets and the pool is a lovely way to unwind at the end of the night. We will be back!

Staff was very nice but unfortunately we were pretty let down by the state of the property. Photos are definitely outdated/misleading -- the outdoor area was pretty nice but the room left a lot to be desired. Definitely needs a deep clean particularly the bathroom and AC units. Lots of mold in the shower (curtain was gross tbh) and in the vents - smelled like mildew and we eventually had to turn off the AC in the main bedroom bc it was giving us breathing issues. Beds/linens were fine, and we were out and about most of the day so it was tolerable but we definitely wouldn't stay here again. It was very cheap so I guess in a sense you get what you pay for? It could've been worse, but also could've been a lot better especially based on the photos.

Quaint and Comfortable!

Comfortable stay outside of Old town Hoi An. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast and the facility. It is a little bit further out from the main areas but they offer free bikes for guests. Great service and friendly staff. It’s a great place for families with kids because it’s small. Rooms are decent sized with everything you need.

This was our second stay at Riverside Impression, and once again the staff were incredible. The rooms at the hotel are nice and clean, and though a bit farther from the center of town than some places, it’s a lot quieter at Riverside and still a very quick walk to the old town. Place is ok, a little far from the old town, it would take 15-20 minutes walk. We took the grab/taxi going there because it was too hot to walk. You need to take off your shoes before going in to the lobby which I find a little uncomfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall it was fine but I would prefer staying in a place nearer the old town next time.

Gorgeous view but a damp room due to the rains

The view is heavenly and the staff friendly. The room was very clean but as we went in the rainy season, the room smelled moudly and there was a small leakage in the bathroom that may have exacerbated this. the owner didnt seem too happy when we bought this up and that made us feel a bit unwelcomed.

Beautiful hotel, warm welcome

From check-in to checkout it was a pleasure to stay here. A very warm welcome, lovely spacious room with balcony and a great view over the river. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. Beautiful grounds, lovely bonsai trees, pool and fish pond. Great location to walk into town or use the free bikes. Would recommend staying here, we would definitely come back. Tip: Faifoo restaurant in town, amazing 5 course taster menu.
