Pleasantly surprised. Nothing fancy, but nice and clean. Only downside was parking lot was completely full when I came back to my room at midnight, so I had to park half on the lined area by the front door for my disabled husband. I would recommend staying here.

The room was clean with easy access. Staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was just very basic continental breakfast. Only complaint was hard beds!

This is an older budget motel with basic amenities. However, it was very clean and comfortable. What more can a person ask for? I'd stay there again with no hesitation.

Staff was very friendly when checking in. Room was clean and very comfortable. Carpet had been replaced with laminate flooring for a cleaner look and feel. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, bread, pastries and a little fruit. Unfortunately our room was next to the stairs and ice machine so was annoying to hear suitcases being dragged up the stairs and footsteps. They had several (utility?) workers staying there who did not take the stairs quietly at 4:30 in the morning! But was quiet during the night. I would stay again, but ask for a room away from the stairs.

As noted by others, the establishment is a little dated and there is the slight smell of smoke in the hallway from a bygone era, but the lady that greeted us was incredibly pleasant and made us feel very welcome. We stayed there 2 nights and both were very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely located in town. We will gladly stay there again.

Budget Motel is a hidden gem in Delta, UT. This small, independent motel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast could be improved by offering more options that are unsweetened. When passing through Utah on Highway 50, Budget Motel is a great place to spend the night.

The lady at check in was lovely. However, the property leaves something to be desired. The building entrances are not locked, there were some unsavory characters hanging out in the parking lot and in vehicles, and the smell of marijuana smoke was present in the hallways. I stayed in 4 hotels in 4 days and this was the most expensive of them all. There’s not many hotel choices in Delta, but this was pretty disappointing.

Totally safe area. Rooms clean well maintained but the biggest draw of this site is the exceptionally welcoming owner. Friendly, accommodating and fun. It was just nice to be treated nicely. These days kindness wins every “hand” for me.

Probably the nicest "budget" hotel I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. We stayed for three nights. I highly recommend booking here if you need a place in Delta. It's a modest hotel, but has everything you need. The "continental" breakfast was so much better than we expected. There were all kinds of beverages like milk, juice, and coffee. There was bread for toast, bagels, fresh bananas and apples, three choices of cold cereal, cream cheese, butter, jam, peanut butter, creamers, and more. The room was clean, and clean smelling, actually. The floors are newer LVP, very modern and pretty. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Air conditioner cooled the room quickly. The shower's water pressure was excellent, and plenty of hot water. Is the furniture outdated? Yes, but still in great shape. I wasn't bothered by it at all. The desk manager was just delightful, and really fun to chat with. She really cares about the guests' experience being a quality one.
