O hotel é bem conservado, a limpeza é boa e o café da manhã é satisfatório. No entanto, tive uma experiência bastante prejudicada pelo barulho. Fiquei hospedado no nono andar, na lateral direita de quem entra no prédio, e praticamente não consegui dormir devido ao ruído do trânsito e, principalmente, ao movimento na esquina da rua lateral. Durante toda a noite, havia pessoas passando e gritando, e cada grito acabava me acordando. O som entrava com muita intensidade no quarto, dando a impressão de que as pessoas estavam praticamente junto à parede. Acredito que um trabalho mais efetivo de isolamento acústico poderia melhorar bastante a experiência dos hóspedes, embora não saiba se já existe algum tipo de tratamento acústico nessa parte do prédio. Talvez também seja interessante avaliar a possibilidade de disponibilizar quartos mais silenciosos para hóspedes que tenham maior sensibilidade ao barulho.
