Staff was wonderful. My only complaint was that the power kept going out. That means no air conditioning, no fridge or ability to charge your phone, no TV . It went out at least 6 times during our 10 day stay. The pool is very nice.

Lovely clean large Villa, suite with all amenities, maid service was excellent. This is a relaxing quiet place, a lovely small pool & BBQ available for private use. We loved our large private deck with parasol & table …watching pelicans plunging & gorgeous sunsets with the sea so near! Safe Parking, right next to our deck too.

I had a good stay. You are about half a mile walk to the Ritz Carlton and bus stop and other major hotel resorts and the beaches are public. You can drink and eat at these hotels and bar beaches but you do feel kind of like an outsider. You can also book your boat tours and island trips right next to these resorts on the beach. I did that for snorkeling and got a half day trip on a boat for 60 bucks. I did not have a rental car. if I had to do it again I would probably rent a car to easily go out to restaurants etc. Hotel was clean but you get what you pay for.

Wonderful spot for the price you pay. Apartments could use updates, but like i said for the price is good enough. What surprised me is everyday housekeeping, never had that, unless its a hotel, thats a big plus. The views worth a million bucks. Its a quiet side of the island, still walkable to grosery or restaurants. If i get another chance definitely go back.

Beautiful location, great parking, right across the street from the water, great sunsets. Will need a car (though the bus does travel in front of the property). It's an older property but clean, private, small and intimate (only 2 at the pool). Hope it is always there!

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be clean and well-maintained. It's conveniently close to the beach, although a bit further from restaurants and grocery stores. Despite this, the surrounding area is beautiful, especially with its stunning sunsets, which balanced out the distance. The hotel itself, while a bit rundown, is well-maintained and impressively clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

Cozy little units, a little dated. A/C worked like a charm. Small pool, but good getaway from the heat. Beach across the road lacked the sand that the hotel strip imports had to wear water shoes. Great well lit walking path to go to some of the sights and the hotel strip. We walked just about everywhere overall nothing fancy, but convenient.

Nothing fancy. It was fine for a few nights, and had almost everything we needed. Just lacked a hair dryer, but they were able to get an iron for me as well. The maid never came for our three night stay, so that would have been nice, but we managed to keep the place clean. Nice and quiet away from the strip, with tons of parking out front. Across the street from a beach (not great for swimming, but great to watch the sunset).

The pictures on the web are a bit deceiving. It appears that, although outdated, the property is in better condition than it really is. The walk ways made of wood are all splintered and warped. The room, which usually never bothers me because how much time do you spend in there? However, the water for the shower was luke warm, the bed looked and felt like it was from the 80s. I don’t even think you can call it a kitchenette. It is very clean, you cannot deny that, but extremely outdated with uncomfortable bed and lounge chairs. Location…when people say you need a car they are 100% correct. Walking to palm beach is not far, nor a bad walk along the water. It doesn’t seem far at all when you’re walking there. The problem is…where do you get food? Restaurants and grocery stores are not a short walk away. You will either need a taxi or your own car. The water in front of the hotel is not swimmable but being in Aruba, it is still gorgeous. There is a road between the hotel and beach. It doesn’t impact you in the least. It is very easy to cross and it doesn’t impact the view at all. Overall, my true impression of the hotel itself, is that they’re keeping it alive until it sells.

Excellent view. Quiet. Strong odours.

Location was simultaneously great and slightly awkward. 10-15 minute walk to palm beach and hotel area. Almost too close to drive. Easy drive or bus ride to downtown or Arashi beach, and everything in between. Mostly quiet. Small coral beach directly in front: definitely need shoes. Worst thing: Room had very strong odour of cleanser (pinesol maybe) trying to cover up the odour of mould. Not allowed to leave door open as per house rules, and no windows (lots of light but no fresh air) so it got stuffy, even though the air conditioner worked fine. It’s dated, but that’s fine. The plumbing screams and cries but everything works. The kitchen is stocked with most necessities. The layout is spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. They are only there 9-5 so make sure you have all you need. No housekeeping on weekends, so keep that in mind as well. The absolute best part was the deck area which had an excellent view, and where the wind sports are happening. It’s fun to watch. Sunsets right from the room are fabulous.
