2/10 Poor

Horrible check-in experience. Insisted on seeing an authorisation to allow me to stay at the hotel with my own son - not happened in any of the other 50 hotels we have stayed in in Brazil over the last 7 years, terrible discrimination that's hard to understand why.

6/10 Good

Infiltraçôes no banheiro. Porta do banheiro danificada.

6/10 Good

8/10 Very good

There was constant noise from renovation, and the staff in the hallways was talking so badly that they were practically screaming.
