Highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Hanoi! Very centrally located, and the hotel and rooms are clean and well maintained and daily housekeeping. Prices super good for what you get. This hotel has an excellent location within the Old Quarter and everyone on the staff was wonderful! The hotel itself is rundown. The walls are dirty and furnishings are old and worn. This hotel is a good 2-star option with a great location.

A bit run down but comfortable and prime location

The location of the Parklane is amazing, right near everything in Old Town while still being quite. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was nice. The hotel could use some updates to furniture, repainting of walls, scrubbing of showers, etc. but overall we enjoyed our stay here and for the price it was definitely a pleasant experience.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is great if you want to visit the old square. There is also a big terrace on the 5th floor (for family room). All in all a good experience. The curtains could be better to prevent the light from the outside floor to the room during the night. Will visit again if possible.
