The snow pile in our room provided evidence of just how cold it was and had i booked directly through the hotel, i would have been reimbursed. I would appreciate being contacted by expedia to get reimbursed at least in part. I have a picture to support the issue.

Not a good experience we waited for two hours after we arrived for the room key, near. 6pm. This mess up with our plans, also traveling with our little girl that needed rest. They still charged us for hotel fees.

My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our little weekend get away to Manchester VT. It’s such a cute town and the Equinox was the perfect place to stay. We ate at the restaurant, played games by the cozy fire, swam in the pool, went to the spa while my husband played a round of golf which he loved. We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Equinox. We enjoyed the meals we had there and the general atmosphere. Front desk staff on Sunday, 2/16, could have been a bit more pleasant and/or helpful. One of the women at the desk was not particularly friendly or helpful in terms of what do with kids in the area during a storm. Also, there should be more coffee urns in the lobby to accommodate the volume of guests. I also thought they could have done a better job shoveling and salting the parking lot which was quite icy and treacherous.

The parking is so far away. No valet, no staff to help, no food. Mold in the bathroom.

Very elegant old hotel. Nice and quiet despite the two weddings going on. Comfortable, large room.

The scenery was terrific. Spacious room. Breakfast was served in a professional manner and the food was delicious. We liked the many support bars in the bathroom.

No amenities, no room service, spa always fully booked for people staying outside the resort, hot tub very small, no fridge in the room, very limited amenities for high price.
