Staff was great, at the check in desk. The room was terrible. Tattered carpeting with multiple pet stains and white tape holding tears in place. Bath towels were like sand paper they were so rough and worn out. The sheets were clean, but I’ll not be back, ever. Way over priced for such a distressed property.

I normally do not give a bad review but from the moment we walked into the front office to check in, it was not good. The lobby smelled like a cat litter box and wet dog. The room was neat but that is as far as the compliments go. We had no hot water the 3 days we were there. The staff was notified and that was the extent of it. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the ceiling over the bed has water damage and part of it is hanging down. I wore my shoes the whole time because the carpet felt crusty. This place needs some serious work done or closed down.

not here again

It is not modern, furniture and carpet is very old. Not all of the electric burners on the stove top worked. The door was hard to lock (it was raining to the moisture have have caused to door to expand). I called the front desk around 10 am on Saturday and it range for ever and went to voice mail. Finally someone picked up and hung up. I called at least 6 times before a person answered and they said, "We are closed", and hung up again. We paid to much for no service and sad conditions.
