It is a reasonably priced hotel in a very convenient area. Most staff speak fluent English. We were impressed with the efficiency and responsiveness when we called about the clogged toilet. The only concern is the setup of the bath tub/shower which can pose a safety hazard - a hand rail on the wall is recommended to avoid possible legal liability. The overall customer service is very good. The employees were very helpful and attentive.

Really love the convenience of the hotel - very close to the station, airport bus stop, convenience store nearby and 24 hours dining within walking distance of the Hotel. Staff are very nice and helpful, Front desk has a small cafe, provide good cappuccino and sitting area. Close to many bus lines, not super close to subway station but still walkable, many good choices of restaurant and two large department stores (Lotte and Shisegar) near by for easy shopping/food court. Wet bathroom may be the only downside but no biggie.

I really enjoyed my stay! I love the cafe on the first floor. I was able to talk with the staff and guests a bit my first night. The coffee and interior was good too. The location was very convenient for my plans. Overall, I had a good experience and I would stay here again if my plans are in the same area again. Only thing was that one of the lights in my room I think died during my stay? Not a big deal. Its possible I didn't locate the correct light switch.

I felt very frustrated when I arrived around 9 am and the door is marked "closed". Feeling very helpless since having my family and my kid standing in cold weather and didn't expect it for my nearly 25-year hotel experience, I have never expected such things. Luckily I asked a local Korean person just standing besides the hotel and said they will open later. But we have 2 bulky luggages and luckily the next day we have booked hotel VOCO and they helped keeping our luggage even we would stay one day later. Except this thing, check-in and other arraignment is ok. arrangement.
