Everything was great except the new deposit policy on the rooms for third party which i get but the way of going about it was different most do not charge to your bank account it is usually a soft hold. I'm still waiting for the refund because they wanted a 50-dollar deposit which is understandable for all but once they return it they charge you a 3-dollar processing fee, so you end up with less than deposit. That was definitely different. you don't get your whole deposit back.

Room was pretty worn down (bathroom door wouldnt close and toilet was wobbly in addition to other wear), but seemd clean and AC/temp was comfortable. Quiet area that seemed safe. Easy parking.
