Room was clean, bed comfortable. A block to the Boardwalk. Had to drive around for street parking.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Our first room had a broken air condition and they quickly switched our room with no problem. It has a boutique hotel feel and really close to the Long Island ✨Sound. Also only a 20 min driving distance to the Jones Beach Theatre, would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute little spot. We really all enjoyed staying at Long Beach Hotel. The front desk (Marilyn?) was super helpful and amazing! Joe the bartender made our night! Close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Long Beach Hotel is our go to place whenever was are in the area. Building is from the 1880's which makes it more interesting. It's very clean and updated. Staff is really nice and even upgraded us this time, so huge plus there. Very close to the beach too. Pet friendly too. Looking forward to returning in a couple of months.

Positives: 1) Location, Location, Location... with few alternatives 2) cleanliness of common space and rooms 3) working Air conditioning 4) upgrade to bar & food. 5) walking distance to good coffee shop, bakery, gym (and of course beach) Still Challenged: 1) building is old, room layouts not optimal, too few accessible outlets for devices. 2) futon in room is HORRIBLE 3) Parking is very challenging

4/10 Fair

The room was clean with newer flooring, which was the biggest plus. The AC was erratic. The wifi did not work the entire week, the staff confirmed it was a problem but was unable to assist. The lobby entrance smelled like smoke. The property was over-priced and clearly taking advantage of summer rates and location in Long Beach.

The customer service is outstanding. However there are many little things that need fixing which could spoil the overall experience for many people.
