The proprietor was engaging and helpful. The room was very spacious with plenty of bench space. The bathroom also had lots of bench space for items. The location was excellent as it is close to the main CBD area of Warrnambool. I will be staying at this hotel again when visiting Warrnambool.

On arrival we were really impressed with our room. It was spotless, spacious and well equipped (we enjoyed the bikkies, thank you). It was nice and quiet, but unfortunately we found the bed uncomfortable. We also would have preferred the outside light to be turned off, because it shone into our room all night. Overall though we enjoyed our stay, thank you
