Have stayed here many times and it is always nice. The room we had this time (16) was very small with nowhere to sit and a door that hit the bed as you went in. The breakfast was really nice, plentiful with a good selection of hot and cold food. The free parking is a bonus in Canterbury where parking is expensive,

The four poster bed room was a nice touch. We hadn't realised there was a hot tub, so that was a nice touch. We didn't use the bar and outdoor seating, but they looked nice. We were quite impressed with breakfast too.

Loved the cittgae rooms were all clean. Waterfall shower sadly had no power and couldn’t sue the mixer tap shower head no water coming out. Behind the toliet that you can see when having a bath needed to be cleaned and the David’s boards you see when laid in bed again needed a clean these little touches make a difference as without them shows a little neglect. That being said the room sized vitrage size and space and cleanliness inside were all good hotel looked lovely inside not really an issue things I’ve mentioned but worth mentioning as would be over cleaned up that bit more outside and the bit you can see when relaxing in the bath

I stayed overnight in this amazing hotel in Canterbury with my family. We never expected that this was such an huge apartment with plenty of space. My kids enjoyed playing inside. All the rooms including bedroom, living, kitchen and toilets were neat and clean. Kitchen with essentials made it easy for us to make some breakfast, tea, coffee. Great place to stay with parking near the town centre. There is also bar and breakfast - but we haven’t used it. Finally, the staffs were friendly and helpful. I have stayed in many hotels/apartments but this one made it memorable and worth staying as they showed me around the hotel- rooms and briefed about the facilities. It was fantastic.
