Not a 5-star resort but it was clean and nice for our stay. The best part of the stay was the interaction with the receptionist. She was wonderful over the phone, even better in person very helpful and pleasant. Overall, the quick stay was exactly what we needed, a quick stop while traveling and the ability to shower before getting back on the road.

The property is older and could use some updating, so I wasn’t sure what to expect when we first arrived. However, our room was clean and comfortable, and we ended up having a perfectly pleasant stay. The family running the hotel was kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed getting to know them. It worked well for us as a clean, affordable place to rest during our road trip.

Easy-to-use parking, with plenty of space. Staff is OK, helpful (but I didn't need anything in special, to be fair). Room nice and clean, with a big bathroom and lots of amenities. Air conditioning was functional, a bit noisy, maybe, but that's OK.

6/10 Good

We have stayed at the Buffalo Inn multiple times in the past. Though they have no amenities it has always been clean and the staff friendly, helpful, and nice. This stay we found the carpets were stained and dirty, the furniture torn, the building upkeep was lacking. The staff remained wonderful and helpful.

6/10 Good

Room was inexpensive, staff was nice, and helpful. Place needs work inside and out, reason for low price. Elevator hasn't worked in 2 years. Does have potential if criteria above are addressed.

4/10 Fair

The staff was helpful and friendly. There is no breakfast and the hotel needs major updates and maintenance work. The carpet is dirty and stinks, and the elevator was out of order. There were broken down cars in the parking lot. It worked for staying one night, but it was stinky and beds were small.

I didnt use any amenities so that is why only 3 stars. The room was clean and really affordable. it was quiet and once I figured out how to use the air conditioner it was great. Loud but good.

I have consistently good stays in this motel. Friendly gentleman checked me in for late arrival with a smile. I stay here when I’m in the area. Consistently clean, comfortable and bright white towels and sheets! Great value

The room, and entire facility was clean and well kept. Great location and everything you need is close by. Buffalo is located at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains, with beautiful views, and lots of outdoor activities available.
