The hotel seems not maintained well. The room was not clean. Utilities are quite old. The air in the room is not fresh.

Simple.. Tiada kemudahan lift.. Tidak sesuai utk family yg berumur terpaksa naik tangga ke tingkat 1 atau 2. Laluan tangga agak sempit bila sesilih dengan pelanggan lain kena ketepi sikit or stop. Wifi slow kadang2 tiada langsung (ada notis dihotel beritahu wifi memang tgh problem)
