Very easy to get to from Sabiha airport. Room was clean but smelled of smoke initially. Simple things like towels needed to be requested but were never a problem when asked for. The staff were all very helpful at reception, restaurants and housekeeping. Breakfast was only ok. Other meals were very good. Gym was well laid out but could do with additional weights and some floor mats. Pool was lovely but additional sun loungers would be nice. Overall a good experience but not 5 star.

The people are dishonest. I booked with them because the reservation said they offered free 24 hour shuttle service. The day prior to my check-in I called to arrange the airport pick up, to my surprise and demise the clerk said I had to pay €95 for the pickup alone and refused to honor their false advertisement. I had to book a hotel elsewhere, because this hotel is very far from the airport. I don’t recommend dishonesty. Also, to date they have refused to refund me my money.
