Woke up to bed bugs biting us in our bed. Floor tile was peeling up off of the ground. Kept tripping on it. One of our rooms didn’t have the extra security latch, it was broken off.

The water pressure was fantastic and the air was fabulous. The beds are not very comfy but were ok for the price. Could definitely stand new towels and blankets as the blankets have burn holes in them in the non smoking room.

The front desk was really friendly and gave us no problem refunding us or helping us. The room itself was disgusting. Roaches everywhere. Dirty bathroom. Mildew and dirt in the corners. Roaches smashed on the door frame. Dead roaches on the floor.. live ones. We left as soon as we could and won’t be returning.

Don't book this motel

When I made the reservation, I was looking for an inexpensive room with an A/C, two beds, and a shower. I got what I wanted. However, the room was falling apart. Shelves were broken; bathroom area had a leak which left puddles on the floor; bathroom door would not open from inside (thankfully I had someone else in the room to let me out); dark stains on walls. I did not attempt to notify management as I was already undressed and ready to go bed after a long day on a motorcycle.

Motel 6 - Lindale,Tx.

Room needed repairs.Tile above shower was broken & missing.Curtain rod was loose at an angle and shower curtain was filthy with mold and should have been replaced long ago.Had to avoid contact while bathing.Floor tiles below bathroom sink into living area were coming up from apparent water damage that had happened.Room had no furniture except for one table chair to sit on.Bed top cover had burn hole and sheets could have been replaced.This was a non smoking room.Swimming pool had been drained long ago and was filthy and not open.Good side was the air conditioner worked,there was good hot water,and the toilet flushed with good water pressure. You get what you pay for,when you go half the price of other hotels.

I was given a room that smelled like strong cigarette smoke. I was told it was non smoking. The office argued with me about it but they would not come and smell the room. I finally got offered another room (smoking) and the air conditioner did not blow cold but rather slightly cool air so we had to buy an air freshener, take cold showers and sweat the entire stay. The table was broken off the wall and set aside, there is mold above the showers, the floor is so dirty you cannot walk barefoot, the television will pause and catch up often like it's playing from some other source. They prefer cash, even for the new pet fee they started overnight but did not post it anywhere not even on their website or reservation page. They will not give me a receipt unless you ask for it even after giving them cash. I was asked to pay again for a night before (weird because I pay before I stay) which I paid cash for but was not given a receipt. If you are not one to stand up for yourself, protect yourself, like clean rooms, or cold rooms, I would not stay here.

Pictures don’t tell the whole story

The hotel is much worse off the the pictures. The door was half tapped up, the top latch was broken… the only chair in there was broken. There is no coffee pot, which is a big deal. My husband decided not to come on this trip so it ended up being me and my two girls and u definitely did not feel safe. Thankfully I had a security stick for under the door. And I had a taser and mace, or I would have left immediately.
