Hotellet hade inte läst våra speciella önskemål. En så enkel sak som en lite anpassad frukost vegan. Vi blev lovade vegan till dagen efter men det fungerade inte då heller. TVn var gammal och hade bara brasilianska kanaler, ingen smart TV. Det gick inte att få ett skrivit kvitto vid utcheckningen. Många små saker som gjorde att i mina ögon håller inte detta hotellet som 4 stjärnigt!
