Stay here, you will love it. I travel alot, and I loved this gem. Super well maintained. I was relly impressed, they had BBQ grills, firepits, a beautiful waterfall creek, and very high end outdoor furniture. The pool was cystal clear, they stay on top of things you can see that everywhere you look.

Extremely clean and well maintained motel. It was an absolute pleasure staying there. The family that owns the motel worked hard every day to maintain it. It was comfortable and a great Mom and Pop place to stay. It's now my go to in Lake George! A clean room, a comfortable bed and an air conditioner that keeps me cool is all I need. Thanks, Brookside! I'm really happy here during Americade!

6/10 Good

I was so disappointed. I booked this motel because of good reviews and people were saying it was clean, which is very important for me. The property was well maintained, grounds looked great, pool was nice and it was clean. But the room… There were 5 flies in the room when we arrived. The room was very run down, splatters on the walls in the bathroom and kitchen, greasy finger prints on the fridge, I went and got lysol wipes immediately. When we turned the AC on, room filled up with sewage smell. It was horrible! Bed covers smelled like wet dog. Never again. So disappointing.

It was a very cute little cabin in the woods. The thing that it does need is a new coat of paint inside but it's not bad. Clean. Perfect for 2 people. The outside was amazing to go out too. Beautiful brook right in front. Fire pit for a fire. Parking. All in all it's was a perfect weekend. The price was so more then affordable for what I get.
