Inspect before you buy/pay

There is a lot of maintainance required at this hotel. I was allocated three rooms before I found one that was acceptable. Bathroom shower roses were broken or severely lraking, bed and floor lamps broken, toilet seat fasteners loose, and more.

The hotel is in the tourist area and the surroundings are full of everything you need (massage, restaurants, pubs, drugstores, night clubs, train stations and street foods. I like the place. What I do not like is the maintenance in the toilet. On my arrival and went to toilet, there's foul smell and I believe it is coming from the floor drain with stocked water in it. I had ask frontdesk and they'd tried to remove the smell and assisted me by spraying the roomwith air freshner and put air freshner in the toilet. Thanks for their quick responses. Management just need to do some cleaning also the floor drains.

ere were some cockroaches in my room the first night so they sprayed it the next day. Got rid of roaches, but room smelled after that. Phone wasn't working whole stay so if you needed anything you had to go to the desk and ask. Refrig not to good too. I think I had room 405, that was the worse room I've had there in my four visits. Breakfast could be better. I'll stay again, staff is always pleasant and willing to help.

Disappointed room

The room was small and for some reason, whenever we got back to our room, staff had used extensive fly spray in our room, which made it difficult to breathe. We found 2 cockroaches during our stay. I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t just use pest control.

it take 5 to 10 mins walking distance from BTS and lots of bars downstairs. The floor feel oily and strange smell in room. It seems they used essence to cover the smell but it cannot cover long.

ナナプラザから少し南に行ったあたりです。それでいて割と静かです。設備は必要十分です。Wi-Fiは強かったですが、一部屋1台しかログインできなかったような気が。 あと夜にはホテル近くの道にはお姉さんが沢山いて視線を送ってくるので、家族連れや女性には厳しいかもしれません。

何度か利用していますが、早朝に荷物を預けようと立ち寄ると、アーリチェクインが600BTと言われた、正規１泊の予約額に対して割高であったので遠慮。以前より値上げされているかもしれません。 又チェックインは時間通り２時と言われてこれも残念。今回は満室であったのか？前回は１２時にチェックインしてもらった記憶がある。 部屋はエレベータの横であって、エレベータが動く度に騒音が激しく、寝つきが悪かった。

I didn't like the rat on level 2 and the roaches on level 3. The rooms looked dated and the WIFI was not great as it kept dropping out. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was a good location. Loved the shower.
