We had a lovely stay at No.131 in Cheltenham. The hotel is beautifully presented, stylish and very clean, with a great location that makes it easy to explore Cheltenham on foot. The staff were particularly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the whole hotel has a relaxed but elegant atmosphere. A very enjoyable stay overall and somewhere we would happily recommend and return to.

We absolutely loved our stay at No.131. Such a stylish hotel with a great atmosphere and so much attention to detail. Our room was beautiful, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for exploring Cheltenham. It feels that little bit different and special compared with a typical hotel. We’d definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Fab breakfasts too!

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The room was incredible and the staff couldn't do more. The only thing to note is the bar which is open until 0300 with loud music Fridays and Saturdays. If you are looking for a quiet stay i would still go Monday - Thursday.

The location of the hotel is perfect and staff were pleasant. The stay was ruined by our room being directly above a nightclub which had music blaring on Friday and Saturday nights until 3-00am. Some friends had warned us about this the week before, unfortunately too late to change the booking. However, we called the hotel to raise this issue before arriving and asked to be placed away from this noise. They ignored this request. This is a very expensive hotel and to have this level of discomfort, I.e. ruined sleep is simply not acceptable. We will never book it again.

131 The Promenade is in an ideal location to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. Easy to get to and set on a lovely wide avenue. The Terrace restaurant has a good choice of meals, suiting everyones taste. Thre is also the splendid Kojo's restaurant which has an atmosphere reminiscent of the orient. The Gin&Juice bar is exactly that. Lively atmoshere and and endless variety of gins and cocktails

Amazing room and facilities, easy check in and friendly staff. However it is incredibly noisy at night time (which the hotel do pre-warn you about and supply ear plugs) so if you’re someone who can’t sleep with background noise then this is definitely not the place for you.
