The location is great: walk to town and not far from the park. The breakfast person showed up late one morning which was unfortunate since we had a big hiking day ahead. The driveway is problematic so I hope you will work on smoothing that out or better yet create a pass through with the golf facility. It’s tricky turning now. All that said, it was a nice stay and did serve our needs. The elk rut was outstanding!

Room needs updating. Heat lamp in bathroom didn't have a knob. Curtains across the entrance were torn at the end were it hooks to the rod. Some mold in the shower. Enjoyed our stay there and always enjoy Estes Park. Great location 👌

Ours lacked any bedside tables or even a lamp - sounds trivial, but it’s a serious inconvenience if you want a place to put your phone and glasses.

I was disappointed. This hotel needs to be updated. The carpet was stained in numerous places, the microwave was broken, the air coming out of the air conditioner was musty & not even a hook to hang up your wet towels. The outdoor part was pleasant & and an easy walk into town.
