We shared the bathroom with a cockroach. I think he owes us rent. The bathtub was slicker than snot. Needs traction grips. Beds were very clean and decent. The staircase needs lighting . Hard to see at night.

I’ll start by saying I am not above an older hotel but this was ridiculous. No air conditioning or running water in the room. It was filthy, beat up, and not just the room, the entire place. I didn’t feel safe. It was not family friendly. There were men creeping around every corner or sitting with their door ways with the door open, staring and watching. We didn’t spend more than 10 minutes in the room before we grabbed our bags and I went down to the checkout desk and explained the situation asked to cancel the reservation. He refused and then proceeded to tell me he could “try” and turn the water on for us. My family and I left and he charged the card for two nights upon our departure. We had traveled 4 hours away and this was at 1 am. We quickly found comfort at a motel 6 that was amazing, we felt safe all at the same rate.

This place was a joke. The deposit was suppose to been included with the room price and even called to confirm this and they wanted to charge me an additional $50 when I got there but wouldn't take my cash app card.

Well maintained hotels were difficult to booked as there was an event in Cincinnati. Con: I pulled up to thia hotel I knew I couldn't stay there. The place is not maintained, bugs, smells, paint chipping off the walls, and its a place a no one should stay. As he showed me on his computer screen he canceled my room and did not charge me a new negative message came in. Pro: The staff member canceled my room for me as I am allergic to roaches. Hotels need to do better. They should be at least clean.

I have stayed in worse places, but not by much. I could see outside through the door ( 3 of the 4 sides. Roaches everywhere, some were killed and still stuck to the wall. Shower curtain about to fall down. Room stink and sheets were off color and stained. Should have went somewhere else! You get what you pay for! Travelers beware of this property!
