Great location which can access to popular attractions easily. The bed is a bit hard for me and might hear siren sound since the hospital is within in a block, but overall a great hotel to stay.

Travelled with family of 4

Stayed there for 1 night with young family. Rooms clean, close to attractions and they even gave us free parking. Definitely will come back here.

Decent overall. Delicious vegetarian breakfast! Only downside is that there’s only 1 elevator. Doing laundry might be tough with only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.

very friendly staff especially the cleaning staff, the only complaint that I have is that the hotel wifi is broken with internet connection cutting off every two minutes. I didnt have that problem when I stayed last year, 2025

Great location; new, clean & comfortable room

Hotel seems quite new. Room is fairly spacious and beds are comfortable. Shower has good pressure and consistent temperature. Breakfast (vegetarian) spread is very good and tasty. Hotel has own car park sites just behind the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great - walking distance to night market and several famous eateries. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Hualien

8/10 Very good

Pros: Front desk staff was very efficient, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of great options even though it was vegetarian. Location is very convenient and walkable to lots of shops/restaurants. We were in family room with 3 beds which was very nice option. Room felt old but rate was very good. Cons: couldn't open windows due to mosquitoes.

The booking website does not mention anywhere that the breakfast is vegetarian only. After asking the staff, I found out that the hotel’s breakfast is entirely vegetarian.
