Amazing stay. Location was walkable to many attractions and Trastevere. Quiet neighbourhood. It was nice staying in a more local dominated location rather than a busy tourist location. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Rooms were very clean with air conditioning. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Decent place overall, cool neighborhood if you don't want to be in a tourist place. Lots of locals and local energy. Charging for towels is extra lame and seems petty. Also, instant coffee in the rooms seems a little behind the times. Other than that design is cool the place is clean. The staff was professional.

Lots of great dining nearby with a coffee shop right near the door step. Heads up getting towels laundered is an extra fee which was not an issue for our short 2night stay but would be annoying if staying longer. A 30min walk to the colosseum area but lots of great things to do near by, eg boardwalk, market and dining. Check in was done through the hotels app and was smooth. Heads up download the Freenow app for taxis as we had difficulty hailing them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seven Suites Hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The self-access entry system is seamless and convenient, especially for late arrivals, even though there is no staff on-site at night. The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk away. One of the highlights is the beautiful old church located across the street—it adds a charming and picturesque touch to the entire experience. Highly recommended!

So the primary highlight of this place is the location. The cafe right downstairs (Linari) is amazing and makes you feel like a real local Roman having an espresso at the standup counter on your way to work. It's in walking distance to a lot of great things like the Tescaccio market and the Trastavere neighborhood. The restaurants nearby are excellent, we enjoyed Masto and Flavio. But bewar it's NOT a hotel. It's not even really a bed a breakfast. It's a hotel room in a private hallway of an old apartment complex. Strange configuration to describe. The stay and amenities were fine, but if you expect full hotel service or full service at all this is not the place. My main complaint is that everything in the room is pretty discount for being priced as a luxury stay. Linens towels pillows and bed were all cheap. Room looks nice in the pictures but it has no functionality or personality. The balcony was really nice but may not be worth the upgrade. Although we probably wouldn't have stayed here without it. The view overlooking the church was excellent and the fresh air was critical. Staff was friendly but they're only available from 8:30a-12:30p. They will make your bed but not change your sheets or towels without a fee. I'm all for sustainable practices, but it felt a little cheap for the cost of the place. We hardly encountered anybody else and basically treated it like a local's apartment, which worked for us. Just know before you book, this is not a typical reservation.

Wonderful stay in Testaccio!

Really enjoyed our stay at Seven Suites! Room was comfortable and very clean. Loved the balcony. We wanted to be in the Testaccio area, and this was in a perfect location! And we appreciated how the staff arranged our private transfer to the airport on our last day.

Unusual find - great stay

An unusual hotel with 7 suites taking up one floor of an apartment building. Clean, modern and comfortable- staff is nice too. The neighborhood is great as it isn’t just another tourist trap - fun to walk around and conveniently located near two train stations. The testavere area is full of trattorias and shops and be sure to walk up the hill to nice city views. The bakery on the ground floor is A+.

We had a great stay at Seven Suites!! Very walkable and convenient location!! When we arrived we were greeted with a list of nearby recommendations which were delicious and appreciated!!! The restaurant downstairs was very cute and delicious, we enjoyed the included breakfast available each day there. We got locked out of our room once and were communicated with immediately as well. Cute neighborhood vibe and close enough to get to the main sites. Definitely recommend!

Seven Suites is clean, quiet, and has everything that is needed for a stay of a few days in Rome. The location is 2-3 metro stops away from many tourist destinations making the neighborhood an ideal home base for exploring the city while staying a bit off the beaten path. Although we were not aware that a room with a balcony needed to be requested, the room was very well appointed, pleasant and clean. If we ever come back to Rome, this is where we'll book our stay!!
