Felt very welcome, room clean and spacious. They were having roofing work carried out while we were there which started early but wasn’t an inconvenience. Pub/restaurant right next door was useful but we didn’t use it.

Ok safe and clean

Great little hideaway and location. Feels safe despite the casino which stays open late. Thought it a bit pricy for the location.

A good deal for experiencing Cairns without the price tag. No frills accommodation with everything you could need - air con, comfy beds, easy check-in, responsive staff. If you just need an accommodation to enjoy the surrounding area, it’s perfect and an easy uber away from all of the touristy spots. Clean and just what we needed. Thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nightcap. All staff from Housekeeping, Reception & Hotel staff made our stay so great, getting to know everyone whilst we were there was an absolute pleasure. We WILL be back guys to keep you laughing. Couldn't fault anything or anyone. Fromm the girls in room 17!!!! See you again soon. Cheers!

6/10 Good

Unfortunately room.was not cleaned properly on arrival. I was too tired though to say anything. The staff were good though. Just a request to ensure a room is clean before a new guest. Was told area was not so safe to walk alone at night, which is sad as I love Cairns. Thank you.
