I have the say the parking is very open and lots. The staff at front desk very courteous and answered any questions. The room was clean including the hotel entrance. My only complaint would be the shower probably needs to be upgraded it seemed older where looked it was painted and felt weak on the shower floor. The pool entrance on end wasn’t working properly and needs to be maintained a little better.

The rooms were spotless like always at this property. Sam at the front counter, took care of us very well. There is a lot of eateries around there so you don’t have to do much driving.

The cleanliness of the room and the facilities in general is good; they just need to pay more attention to bathroom cleanliness, especially behind the toilet. On the other hand, the sound insulation of the windows isn't very good because you can hear a lot of noise from the nearby cars on the highway.

There were a lot of little issues that made our stay poor - dirty floors in the bedroom and bathroom (hair clumps, dust and debris), no AC control, no nightstands, no dish soap or sponge in the kitchen area, and non-functioning TVs in both the living room and bedroom. However, the staff did their best to address our concerns and help us out.

We came from Wichita Falls, Texas a 10hr drive to Pharr Texas. First time ever in this little city. It was late when we arrived almost 10pm. Upon arrival I met Isamar front desk. She understood we was tired and ready to check in fast. She took care of me quick and easy. Also help me with directions on getting delicious tacos! The room was great, the ac worked amazing! Water pressure was great, the shower had a few hairs here and there. The water was clogged, so I removed the stopper. It was filled with nasty hair. As a head housekeeper that’s one thing I always made sure was clean And the sink. But other than that the beds were comfortable and it was quiet!

The hotel staff was very nice. However, the room was filthy. I turned on the shower and it had brown dirt shooting from it. The staff relocated me to another room. The shower did the same. I asked them to clean that room also. It had not been cleaned. I think the rating for this is incorrect. It should be rated a 5 instead of 9. The rating is for the staff and not the hotel.
