We stayed in the loft at the carriage house and it was great, the hot tub was clean and ready for use, the location is walking distance to the main drag, but it was very quiet at night!

This is one of the best places to stay in the Dells, particularly if you’re not into the water slide scene. Clean, reasonable, right by the river walk. Fairly quiet, but close to the Main Street.

The room was great. Tried to book it for another night but no one responded to my call and it appeared that no one was on the property and the office was locked. I know it's off season but you would think someone would at least answer my call. Very disappointed.

Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.

Elderly buildings, but rustic charm and elaborate woodwork on the outside verandas. Very nice pool, probably the favorite amenity for most guests. Maybe some staffing problems - couldn't find the desk clerk to check in for about 15 minutes, and there were no towels whatsoever supplied in my room. When I pointed that out at the desk, that was quickly corrected. Continental breakfast featured a wide selection of foods, but I didn't see anyone around to attend to the dining room. Great location, across the street from the River Walk Pub and only a few blocks from either the Wisconsin River or, in the other direction, the downtown entertainment and shopping area. I'd stay there again.

We stayed in Lily’s room and it was amazing! Beautiful spacious room with jacuzzi tub and double shower. The balcony had a great river view. It was convenient to town but a block away so it was private and quiet. Would stay again!
