Pampulha stay

Comfortable and clean room, airconditioning, hot water pot and minibar. Nice restaurant (Dal Grano) downstairs. Near University and Pampulha lake complex--within 15 minute walk. About 20-25 minutes by Uber to downtown, so be aware that you will need to travel to get into the central city.

The stay was good for over night. I would just hope they focus on cleanliness a bit more. Found lots of hair that was long (I have short hair) all over room and bathroom. Once found a ball of hair and don’t even know where it came from. Also it’s pretty obvious that they water down the shampoo to make it last longer. Pump into hand and all of it leaves hand immediately. Focus on guest experience more.

Para um hotel neste preço, alem de serem televisões antigas, a tv do meu quarto não estava funcionando. Fui mal atendido pela recepcionista que teve má vontade em resolver meu problema. Ja o cara da manutenção foi prestativo. Escolhi o hotel por ter estacionamento. Deixei meu carro as 14h para retira lo as 16h30 e no momento nao tinha manobrista. Tive q ir na garagem buscar e não abriam o portão para mim. Tive q fazer minha esposa subir na recepção para abrirem. NA VOLTA NAO TINHA MAIS VAGA PRA MIM. Sendo que optei por usar o estacionamento deles. Meu carro teve q pousar na rua. Recepcionista da noite também era todo sem educação. Não recomendo este lixo revestido de hotrl com classe!!

O estacionamento foi horrível na chegada, lotado e sem vagas, e também sem vaga na frente do hotel, e pior ainda, o funcionário no momento sequer mostrou-se disponível em ajudar e disse que eu teria que estacionar nas imediações. Um total absurdo e falta de respeito. Contudo, outro funcionário se dispos a ajudar e foi mais prestativo. O hotel deve orientar seus funcionários a saberem tratar o hóspede, pois depende nós clientes/usuários e não nós do hotel, porque opções é que não faltam.

Quarto com o exaustor do banheiro barulhento, pedi para trocar de quarto (sem contar com a vontade da recepcionista de fazer isso, por ela nao teria como) e me trocaram de quarto, mal resolveu nada. Barulho absurdo no 11° andar. Na academia, a estação estava quebrada, segundo o rapaz do hotel, já faz um bom tempo, pesos sem identificação de kg. Café da manhã, bem fraco.
