Ideally located close to everything,on site parking was much appreciated. Rooftop bar is the perfect spot for before dinner coktails or plain enjoying the site while sipping on a cocktail. This was our first stop after a long plane trip plus the jetlag so we had an early dinner at the hotel restaurant , even though we were early the staff and service was great.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms and good air conditioning. Bit awkward walking through a restaurant to get to the main desk. There is a side entrance off to the left with a ramp which allows you to skip the restaurant and stairs but it’s not very obvious.

We have stayed for 7 nights, and we have booked double superior room with the balcony. However the room is still very small and not much place in a closet. The bathroom is tiny too, there was no shelf to put toiletries, or a hair brush. We’re traveled in July-August when the weather is hot, and there was no fridge in the room. That’s was the biggest negative point. If you will take the room without balcony is actually there is no room to sit in the room! Also, there was no glasses or tea spoons, or tea selections given to guests. We felt that a complimentary bottle of water would be nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, very convenient for everything either old town, beach or train station. I would recommend this hotel but only on one condition- if they will put fridge in the room.

Very unique hotel...more of a restaurant/bar with rooms :). Great location at the top end of the city core with the tram running out front and the train station minutes away. Walking to the beach is 20 minutes and you can experience most of the city along the way. We enjoyed the rooftop bar one night with great views of Nice and fun people watching. Didn't take advantage of dining options but lots of places to eat at, within 15 minute walking radius. Hotel only has 6 parking spots but staff steered us to a nearby underground garage that charged 69euro for 3 nights. Room was compact but efficient and had a beautiful window opening up to the main drag of Nice. Room was a bit musty smelling and the whole place could use new carpets but if your looking for a no frills and convenient stay in Nice, this is the place.

We stayed in apartment style room and it was more than adequate for a family of four (the room actually had 1 queen and 3 twin beds). The hotel also offered a discount at the lobby restaurant where we had a delicious dinner.
