The staff was the best thing about the trip. They were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was extremely minimal, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, waffles, and some packaged pancakes/sausage. An apple, and some packaged rolls. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor the first night, bedspread fell off the bed and into the water. The towel looked like it had a boot print on it plus some other black spots. Blanket had burn holes in it. We reported everything when we left for the day, when we came back we had no linens, wet bedspread was still on the floor, repair man had come by and turned the refrigerator back down to luke warm so it wouldn't leak again. My husband went and found a maid and got us some more towels at least. The room was reasonably clean however, but disappointed in the condition of things. Bed was comfortable, the neighbors were loud until after 10 pm, could hear them through the adjoining wall. Hotel was well located and well lit.

We arrived at the hotel the staff did a good job friendly and prompt after that when we got to our room it was musty with a foul smell, tub had mold , the sink didn’t drain very well, the next morning we tried to make coffee after coming back from the so called breakfast and the coffee maker wouldn’t work we call the office they said they would get use another one but we never got one , we went to the pool it was nice and relaxing but being an outside pool the garden they have right next to the pool allows plant material to blow into the pool making it some what dirty all In all I would give it a 2-3 star we would have went elsewhere if we could have found a room
