We stayed here for a "babymoon" and were hoping for a relaxing, restful getaway. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight — great variety and the breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool area, while functional, did feel a bit dated compared to the rest of the property. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by noise issues and how the front desk handled it. We had a connecting room and could hear everything from the room next door. On our first night, we went to the front desk to request a switch to a non-connecting room, explaining we were there specifically to rest. We were told we'd have to pay extra for an upgrade since no other rooms were available, and when we asked about switching after the day's checkouts, we were only told it "might" be possible with no real commitment either way. That night, our neighbors were extremely loud between 1-2am, to the point where we had to knock on their door ourselves to ask them to quiet down. At checkout, my husband raised this feedback with the front desk, but the response was just a thank you — no acknowledgment or empathy for what had been a pretty disruptive stay. The room and breakfast team were great, but the front desk service (particularly one staff member, Najiha) really let the experience down. Some additional customer service training for that team would go a long way, especially for guests dealing with genuine sleep/noise issues.

The resort is very nice, and the rooms are very clean. It's only a 10-minute walk to the largest mall in Malaysia, and they also offer a shuttle service to the mall. A huge thanks to the staff! They were incredible. Everyone was amazing, true Malaysian hospitality there.

My wife and I had a great stay, the room was spacious, the shuttle from the hotel to IOI is very convenient and run every hours, the breakfast selection is great. BTW, Thanks to FO team(include the ballman on that day) assisting me regarding our luggage and transportation inquiry, F&B team, Mr Zainol(Maintenance Mgr) for brief conversation about the hotel. We enjoy our stay and we definitely will come back.

Male staff at reception has a bad attitude. Went to check in at the reception and he doesn't even acknowledge us when we stood in front of his counter. Gave him our passports and he just took our passports without saying anything and began typing on his computer for a long time. After receiving our keys, nobody offered to help with our luggages either. We have to carry our luggages up the first flight of stairs before there is a lift to the room. The reception continued to stare at his computer even though there was no other guests at the lobby. Apart from this, the rooms are ok. Parking onsite is free.

My family checked in first on my behalf. I came later at night to stay in the hotel at about 9pm. I went straight to front desk to request about the check in process for my family and wanted to know which room they were. My wife typo me the wrong room. In which this staff Zain was really rude. One hand in the pocket, and rudely telling me that there was no one in the said room(note that the room was typo) I then proceed to show him my email booking, he then brushed it off saying the booking number is too long and he cannot do anything about it. Afterwards, he rudely asked “am I staying here or just wanna go for visiting? If visiting I can tap the card at the elevator for you.” My wife then replied me the correct room number. I then proceed to tell him the correct number for him to issue me a room card. Before passing me the room card, he muttered “oh so it wasn’t ie 123, it was 321”. What is this behaviour? First of all mgmt should be looking into how can FO staff just can blatantly tap someone in to go up without proper security. One of the worst experience dealing with the FO, ever. Body language, case handling is so so poor. I expect you to get back to me on this .
