Downright nasty. The end. Made a mistake booking this place and unfortunately it was non refundable and the "what i refise to call this a motel wouldnt budge letting me get my money back. I see why.

I don’t have nothing bad to say, they treated me with so much respect, I was facing a serious hardship, and always had a smile and was very understanding with me. Overall they were super nice, if you need a cheap, clean and friendly place to stay, this is the place. Believe me they will treat you with so much respect of course if you treat them well obviously. This property is under construction, shower curtains had mold, property was loud at night, beds uncomfortable, no coffee makers, no microwave, arguing all night from people who seemed to live there DO NOT RECOMMEND! The advertising is way different than the actual property.

There were roaches everywhere, trash under the beds, had to slam body up against door to close it, bathroom door didn't latch and stuck, booked a room with infant included in the booking and got a room with a shower so that wasn't great. Water got hot though. Totally unsafe and won't be bringing my family here again!
