BEWARE!! the rooms are very dirty!! Mold on the walls, cigarete smell,!! I asked to see the rooms, i didnt even check in and asked to cancel the booking, but the hotel disagreed to cancel the booking, so I had to open a dispute against them!!

DO NOT STAY HERE- bathroom has no running water, broken sink, and broken shower. I tried to get help from the manager, but he did nothing, claimed he doesn't understand english (or thai), and stares at the ground in shame. Please see a gallery of real images of the move-in from this location. No one is even at this location most of the time and the place is littered with trash and empty bottles. Absolutely disgusting- no working mechanicals, poop in the toilet, broken sink, etc.

J’ai fait erreur de ne pas voir qu’il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur ! J’étais au 4eme avec une opération de la hanche 😡 j’ai demandé à change de chambre on m’a promis le sur lendemain ! Un mensonge car cela s’est révélé impossible ! Personne pour prendre les décisions ! Clim marche mais faut se lever car pas de télécommande ! Oubli du papier toilette ! Bref comme le tarif est ras des pâquerettes on peut guère demander mieux ! L’emplacement est pas mal endroit réservé aux jeunes en pleines formes

Myror i hela väggen

Jag upptäckte 4 på natten massor av myror över hela väggen. Min resväska låg vidöppen precis intill väggen med myror. Upptäckte att massor av de krypt in i min väska och det kryllade av de över hela mina kläder, resväska och vägg. Hatar insekter och väldigt ohygieniskt. Gråtandes av panik av de extrem många insekterna överallt sprang jag ner till receptionen. I två timmar stackars unga kille som jobbade där hjälpte han mig ta ut precis varenda sak jag hade i min väska och han hjälpte mig att skaka av allt och resväskan också samtidigt som jag bara fick mer panik av alla myror som var överallt i min väska. Bröt ihop i gråt nonstop i två timmar och stackarn gjorde sitt bästa för att hjälpa mig. Var villig att lämna rummet och sova på någon fåtölj vid receptionen för att jag var så äcklad av att vara kvar i rummet. Inte okej! Eloge till unga killen i receptionen dock som stod ut med mitt bristande gråt och panik och måste trott jag var galen. Men att se så mycket kryllande djur över hela ens kläder och ägodelar och samt väggarna, får en att undra hur rummen tas hand om. Killen hjälpte mig att vika tillbaka precis allt och städade rummet åt mig. Han har till och med videos på allt alla myror överallt. Vidrigt! Inte okej! Aldrig att jag kommer tillbaka! Skulle verkligen inte rekommendera om ni inte vill ha myror kryllandes överallt. Bara killen i receptionen som förtjänar poäng!

I booked 11 nights and when I showed up with a broken foot I learned they had only stairs and I was on the 5th floor. They told me I could check out and they would approve a refund and the mgmt has been purposefully avoiding Expedias calls and emails trying to avoid giving me the refund they promised. The one night I stayed there was sand in the bed from the previous tenant. Only stayed one night because we didn't have anywhere else to go.

Hotelli hyvällä paikalla ja suht siisti ja hiljainen. Aamupala oli huono, tilattiin kypsänä munat ja pekonit, ensimmäinen annos kun tuli sanottiin että kypsänä. ei vaikutusta, vaikka oli thaimaalainen joka sanoi. no tuli syötyä raakana ja sitten olikin kolme päivää mahatauti.

Forget the 5 star luxury just live the life. Great location near beach and so many good eats. Maybe a little rough around the edges but you could spend 2 weeks here for what you would pay for 2 nights elsewhere. When in phuket you are never in your room but to sleep,so its perfect.
