It was a very basic hotel and the rooms where not very welcoming. Although housekeeping came daily if wanted, the new sheets were stained. Not to say they hadn't been cleaned, but had irremovable stains I guess. Rooms were dated with noticeable damage to tiles etc. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. They assisted with ordering food to the hotel when my in laws didn't fancy going out at night.

The best thing about this place is the location: right in front of the beach, a lot of restaurants and bars right down the stairs, close to public transportation, grocery stores and to Shopping Barra. The staff here is phenomenal, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The rooms and room furniture could use an upgrade.

There were a couple problems in the room , the room was outdated , the hair dryer in the room didn’t work , the toilet flush did not work , the bathroom had problems shower box leaking water into the bathroom floor. There was no blankets , the sheets were very thin and cheap , the towels were old and stained . The T.V outdated and only had local channels , with poor connection. The good qualities, were the morning hotel breakfast, the location , staff were very kind, and the WiFi.

Claro. Eu deixaria a avaliação firme sobre a situação dos óculos, mas sem soar agressiva, destacando também os pontos positivos: O hotel é pequeno e simples, mas tem alguns pontos positivos importantes: é muito bem localizado, bem próximo à praia, estava sempre limpo e o banho é muito bom. Por outro lado, os quartos são bastante pequenos e o isolamento acústico deixa a desejar, pois é possível ouvir muito o movimento e as conversas no corredor. O café da manhã também é bem simples e poderia ter mais variedade e qualidade. Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência bastante desagradável durante a estadia. Esqueci meus óculos no café da manhã e, quando a equipe os encontrou, em vez de guardá-los em um local seguro como item de “achados e perdidos”, deixaram em cima do balcão para que alguém pudesse identificá-los. Uma pessoa passou, afirmou que os óculos eram dela e os levou. Quando procurei posteriormente, já não estavam mais lá. Entendo que o hotel não é responsável pela atitude de uma pessoa mal-intencionada, mas acredito que houve uma falha importante no procedimento. Um objeto encontrado, principalmente de valor, deveria ser guardado pela recepção e entregue somente quando o hóspede que o perdeu o procurasse e conseguisse identificá-lo. Fica como sugestão ao hotel rever esse procedimento para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pela mesma situação.
