An adorable property with old train cars and cabooses, and other interesting vehicles. Close the downtown Williams, but far enough away to avoid any traffic. Stayed with family and we had one caboose and a room in the railcar. The 4 children really enjoyed the spacious grounds and all the unusual thing to see and climb around on.

The room was dirty. We had to wear our socks all the time because of the dirt o. The floor. There were bugs, including cocroaches in the bathroom. The matress on the bed felt broken down lime it had been used for years. The walls were so thin you could har every word being said in the next room.

Super Accommodating!!

We were in one of the Caboose Suites, which has a double and three twins. So fun! My boys took photos of the stars through their own windows on their top bunks. The staff was very helpful, positive, and made us feel like we were important guests.

From the outside, the property looks fantastic, but the interior is quite disappointing. The rooms definitely need renovation—there are old chairs with stains, a loud noise coming from the fridge, and the toilet wasn’t very clean. Honestly, I’d rather stay at the nearby motel, which is likely cleaner and more modern. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, which was a positive aspect of the stay.
