Friendly staff who were very accommodating with a late check-in when we arrived from the ferry. Clean and comfortable rooms.

6/10 Good

apart from the very very very noisy staircase up to the bedroom, no staff any where when we needed them, not enough cooking utensils in the kitchen, no oven dishes so we could use the oven, we stayed 4 nights and no extra cleaning was done in that time, bed was comfortable and good shower.

Late check in with the last ferry, We got an upgrade for a two bed room without any issues
Verified review

6/10 Good

The unit was very dated and not well maintained. Carpet appeared to be new. Although the unit wasn't dirty, the cleaning wasn't up to scratch. Backs of doors were dirty, cobwebs around windows, hair in drawers and mold around windows. One small heater for the whole unit. There were no spare pillows or blankets available. Good location with plenty of space in the unit though.

8/10 Very good

Close to multiple food options and not to far from the ferry.

8/10 Very good

The room wasn't spotless but clean enough. We arrived very tired and late at night and the man helping us was understanding and friendly and made checking in easy. The bathroom was spacious, so was the room.

The place is clean and very good value for your money. The location is also excellent since it is very close to the mall. Reception is unattended most of the time but it wasn't a major issue for us. Checkin and checkout is a breeze. The staff/cleaner was very helpful as well.

Bed was comfy, close enough to city to be out of the city. Big enough for our family lots of space. Clean and tidy and everything we needed
