Pontos negativos sanáveis: 1. O ar-condicionado é de janela, sem controle de temperatura e muito barulhento. 2. O controle dos jatos do chuveiro está emperrado. Então, em vez de jatinhos, a água sai de forma inconveniente e desorganizada do chuveiro. 3. A camareira bateu na porta para perguntar se a gente queria arrumação, sendo que estaríamos fazendo check-out em seguida (bastaria conferir isso no sistema). Dá para melhorar. Pontos negativos insanáveis (ou dificilmente sanáveis): 1. O isolamento acústico do hotel é muito ruim. Pontos positivos: 1. Atendimento dos funcionários muito simpático, solícito e eficiente. 2. O café da manhã não é o melhor que eu já tomei na vida, mas é bom. 3. Tomada próxima da cama para carregar o celular de ambos os lados da cama. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos, a única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza, pois tinha cabelo no armário de roupas e o box do banheiro estava com mofo, além de fazer um barulho terrível quando abria o box. Acredito que a limpeza independente das estrelas do hotel é o mínimo que um local deve prezar. O café da manha é compatível com valor pago, bem simples. No demais gostei do atendimento, mas por conta da limpeza avalio em 2 a 3 estrelas.

Estive pernoitando com minha família porque nosso vôo saíria as 05h da manhã e não disponibilizaram louças para tomamos um dejejum antes de ir para o aeroporto, já que não daria tempo de tomamarmos o café do hotel, precisavámos apenas de louças como xícaras e colher, o que geralmente tem nos quartos de hoteis, pelo menos copos.
