Pillows were stained, and smelly, sheets had hair and room service was non existent, breakfast was always the same items, loud air conditioning. Also everyone hears everything outside the rooms due to poor insulation on walls. Overall a poor experience.

Ganhamos um upgrade de quarto gratuito. Pontos positivos foram o quarto amplo e espaçoso, ótimo banheiro com box e chuveiro muito bons, e cama confortável. Além disso, uma academia ampla e com equipamentos diversos. Pontos negativos foram o café da manhã abaixo da média (ovos mexidos estavam frios), e o mofo perceptível nas cortinas e na sujeira do ar condicionado split. Localização muito boa.

As acomodações e o atendimento foram boas a limpeza ficou um pouco a desejar pois no banheiro e no salão do café o mofo estava BEM PRESENTE , sei que a umidade desta época não é fácil mas se não tiver um pouco de atenção o problema cresce muito acredito que este problema o hotel tenha condições de sanar assim como concertar o registro da ducha higiénica, acredito que estes pequenos problemas possam ser resolvidos bem facilmente…

Em geral, considero que desfrutei de uma boa experiência de hospedagem. O que me incomodou muito foi uma grave falha em relação à limpeza do quarto. Sem comunicar antecipadamente, decidiram que a higienização dos quartos é feita apenas um dia sim e outro não. Como fiquei três noites, limparam somente uma vez. Cheguei a pedir na recepção que limpassem pelo menos o banheiro. Não fizeram por ordem expressa da gerente, uma pessoa grosseira e arrogante. Inclusive, destoa da maioria absoluta dos demais funcionários, em geral, solícitos e educados.

Boa experiência no geral. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, inclusive com meu cachorro, e quarto limpo e confortável. O principal ponto de atenção é o café da manhã: por volta das 9h, com o salão lotado, a equipe estava reduzida e faltou reposição de vários itens, além de alguns alimentos estarem frios. Pelo valor da diária, o café poderia ser melhor. Também tive uma questão com a taxa pet, que não estava clara no momento da reserva e só foi informada no check-in.
