The bathroom was quite old. Hence, there was wear and tear. in addition, to dirty tiles and faucets. in the corners of the rooms there was dust and dirt. The lift didn’t work and there was steep stairs we also had a two year-old with us three large suitcases and a pram with no working lift. The positives were: very good location walking distance to the centre of town, the staff were very very friendly and the ceilings and architecture of the building were beautiful.

We were totally lost when we arrived tired in Sicily and the general manager came to our rescue- literally. Helped us find free parking, helped with permits, recommended beaches and even took the time to explain history of the area. We appreciated so much all the care and generosity she gave. We really enjoyed Sant'Agostino B&B! The accomodations were great and the garden is fabulous. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from and we appreciated the coffees that could be had any time of day. Fanny was just wonderful and helpful! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our apartment had two bedrooms with beautiful view from the private terrace. The hotel has excellent location in the old town and all attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was great with many options. Our room was kept clean and tidy all the time.
