Una experiencia terrible. Mi esposa, hija y yo llegamos en pascua a pasar una semana tranquilos en la alberca. Cuando llegamos nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que la caldera de la alberca no servía, el agua estaba helada, pero ese no fue el único problema. Tanto la alberca como el chapoteadero estaban tan sucios que tenían lama. Las sombrillas del área de la alberca están rotas y tienen un jacuzzi abandonado, con basura y roto. Fui al front desk y me comentaron que no podían hacer nada, por lo que pedí el reembolso de mi estancia y me comentaron que únicamente lo podían hacer si Expedia se hacía responsable por el mismo. Afortunadamente la atención al cliente de Expedia fue IMPECABLE. Me ayudaron mucho, a pesar que tuve que hacer de traductor porque el personal del hotel no hablaba inglés. Salí ese mismo día del hotel a buscar uno mejor. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

La propiedad es muy bonita, lastima se administración que tiene que la esta destrozando, la alberca totalmente sucio, no tiene atencion de ningun tipo y según los mismos comentarios de los empleados no se limpia desde hace meses, el agia sucia, llena de basura de todo tipo, desde ojas a hasta lo que se te pueda ocurrir. Jacuzzi totalmente destruido, abandonado, socio, diria que asquerosos, agua sucio estancada y de color amarillento, lleno de hojas, simplemente inservible. Ocupamos dos habitaciones ambas con tina de baño con hidromasaje, pues ninguna de las dos funcionan, totalmente initules, solo son un hoyo en la habitación, además no cuentan con agua caliente porque la administración no permite encender el boiler, por esa parte es un total desastre. El personal gracias a ellos es que se mantiene el hotel pues son muy bienos realmente, todos los clientes quejandose y ellos los pobres dando excusas a cosas que se les escapan de las manos. Realmente la construcción necesita urgentemente que le den mantenimiento, el la sañida de la habitación filtracion del piso de arriba. Lo unico realmente bello es el jardín, pero a no ser que vayas de vacaciones para ser un nogmo de jardin no lo recomiendo más que máximo pasar una noche y eso si no encuentras otro lugar. Jamás volveria ni unque me lo regalen. Sábanas y fundas rotas y muy viejas, las chicas hacen maravillas para cubrir todo con mucha delicadeza pero la realizad es que la administración no sirve para nada.
