Lamentable el trato que recibí de parte del hotel me negaron el uso del internet en zonas comunitarias, me dijeron que tenían unestacionamiento pequeño y que no entraba mi camioneta y tuve que pagar estacionamiento aparte por ellos me lo negaron y tenían un amplio estacionamiento de verdad que nunca había tenido una experiencia así en un hotel en todo el tiempo que he estado como usuario de esta aplicación. El peor servicio de hoteles en el país está ahí. Nada recomendable Si pueden eviten hospedarse ahí

El lugar tiene un estacionamiento muy amplio y fácil de encontrar un lugar con entrada y salida en cualquier momento. La recepción y el servicio es agradable. Las condiciones del hotel pueden mejorar, es un hotel antiguo y dentro de las habitaciones puede mejorar la limpieza. Un punto negativo es que tarda mucho en salir el agua caliente (sí hay y muy bien, pero tarda) y se desperdician muchos litros de agua. TV por cable.

El lugar está en un lugar muy accesible. En cuanto a la habitación los contactos no funcionaban, la TV tampoco funcionaba, tenía muy poca luz y el baño no estaba del todo limpio.

El hotel está muy viejito, las condiciones son malas, plafones rotos, piso con manchas de que sólo pasan el trapeador por encima, la zona por donde se encuentra está sola y oscura, aunque está cerca de la.macroplaza y del embarcadero del paseo Santa Lucía, cuenta con estacionamiento con vigilancia; el hotel no proporciona amenidades como shampoo, botellitas de agua; sólo papel de baño, pague por cuatro personas y solo dejaron dos toallas tuve que bajar a recepcion a pedir otras dos, pedi toalla para manos y me dijeron que no hay, el joven de recepcion super amable, muy atento, otra señora igual, amable, cordial, agua caliente abundante, aire acondicionado muy bien, aunque un poco ruidoso, el sistema de cable excelente en la tv. Internet fatal 😏, en general nos trataron bien, pero las condiciones del hotel muy malas, no lo recomiendo 😓.
El hotel esta a 7 minutos caminado a la Macroplaza.
