I give it 5 stars, thanks to the kind service particularly from the two ladies at front desk (shout out to Agnes!). They were very accommodating and helpful, always solution oriented, kind and respectful. Location wise - the hotel is close to many of the offices I needed to visit which was convenient.

I’ve been in that hotel about 3 times now. Tho was my fourth. This tube I was surprised with service and attention to service. Waited to place a request for service. Called about 4 or five times. No answer. I called the reception and was told they will tell them. Waited for about 35 minutes. I had to leave my room and walk there my self. I’ll go here again next time but I won’t buy food or call then for any thing again

Cockroaches in the kitchen, Rat running in the hallway Washing machine not working properly, had to pay to get my clothes washed. Television didn't work properly until i left the hotel. Had to clean the microwave and fridge myself. Nice and supportive staff People from outside could see/look right into my living room which made me feel unsafe so I had to report and they covered the access point. I'd go there again if the service is improved upon but i need a refund for my inconvenience and discomfort. The restaurant staff weren't good.

This hotel is exceptionally clean, and the reception and dining hall teams are genuinely friendly, professional and attentive. The location is very central, and the rooms and facilities match the photos provided — which is always refreshing. However, there are a few areas that need improvement, especially considering that the hotel attracts mainly business travellers. The most concerning issue is that the Wi-Fi has no password at all. For a property catering to professionals with proprietary information on their laptops, this is a significant and unexpected security lapse. Even guests coming in just for lunch are able to access the network, which is an elementary mistake for an international-standard hotel. Housekeeping also needs better coordination. The staff are kind and hardworking, but they often enter immediately after knocking and may return up to three times a day with towels or supplies, when once a day would be more than sufficient. A bit more structure and respect for guest privacy would make a noticeable difference. The restaurant has a fantastic menu with great variety; however, a lot lack depth — no soul, no spices — and a few meals arrived with key ingredients replaced, as if the kitchen simply substituted items not available without adjusting the menu.The water served at the breakfast buffet from the dispenser should be reviewed, as it appears to be general tap water. Management needs to ensure that only genuinley bottled water is provided in rooms
