A decent to large size space that was clean, safe, quiet, directly on the beach and venice boardwalk. Everything necessary is within walking distance. There is shared coin laundry, a shared lovely roof deck, and my room had a kitchen included in room, and all bath shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available. I didn't have a car but they even have a parking lot - a rather rare amenity on the beach.

The property is literally at the beach edge. Rooms were modern and clean with picture windows overlooking the water. Towels were available and an antique but adequate elevator helped get bags to the second floor suite. We were there for a college graduation weekend and would highly recommend this property to others

The apartment/hotel was super clean and spacious. One bedroom, full kitchen, and living space. Location of place was fantastic. It was pretty quiet considering we stayed in a busy area. The downside is that there is no parking available so we paid to park overnight next to where we stayed. However, it’s not a deal breaker for us. We’d love to come back and stay again but make it a longer stay as we only stayed one night.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The location is unbeatable, literally right on the beach, which made everything feel so relaxing and special from the moment we arrived. Being able to step outside and be at the ocean within seconds was a dream. Very friendly and courteous staff!!!
