The staff were very hospitable and services were clean and easy to use. Staff communicated through WhatsApp- very effective and timely responses. Flight was almost cancelled and services were automatically put it place to have us stay another night if we needed. Overall lovely stay. Breakfast buffet had many options - would recommended eating out for lunch and dinner at the places nearby - just a 5 minute walk to food or short Gojek ride.

4/10 Fair

The rooms are big and nice. Breakfast is decent but definitely less than other places we have been in Indonesia-they also charge for cappuccino for instance. And only starts at 7am so we had to skip it one day because we had an early activity. The pool is nice and so it the gym -but standard opening time is only 7am and had to plead to open it one hour earlier. The big issue is that they tried to charge me 5m idr for a towel that we used to clean up a spiked cola and had to fight for them to not do that. Additionally they were still doing construction at 1am and had to call the reception to get it stopped. The property is nice but overall not well managed.

Would recommend staying at TS Suites Seminyak - a convenient location close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and cafes. The rooftop swimming pool and bar with stunning views is a major highlight of the hotel, as well as the comprehensive breakfast buffet and gym. I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as their understanding when we needed to shift rooms for a quieter room with less street noise. There is a hotel shuttle that offers frequent stops at great spots in Seminyak free of charge. I would definitely stay at TS Suites Seminyak the next time I'm in Bali.
