A localização do hotel é muito boa, perto da lagoa e da praia, tem farmácia, alguns restaurantes e lojas perto. Senti falta de uma padaria, mas isso não é culpa do hotel. Os funcionários eram simpáticos e atenciosos, o quarto não parecia ter sido muito limpo antes de entrarmos, tinham alguns cabelos pelo chão e a pia estava um pouco entupida, o que arrumaram depois de uns 2 dias. De forma geral, o quarto estava com boa manutenção, ar-condicionado funcionando bem, chuveiro bom, não ligamos a TV para saber se funcionava. O hall de entrada do hotel estava com decoração bem caprichada, de festa junina. O café da manhã era bom, os produtos eram frescos e tinha uma variedade boa. Embora não tenha serviço de quarto, a cozinha funcionava à noite e era possível pedir algo para comer pessoalmente. Só teve uma coisa que nos incomodou, um dos elevadores, que já eram pequenos, teve problemas com frequência, isso atrapalhou um pouco, porque o fluxo de pessoas era grande em determinados momentos.

O ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando. Reclamei na parte da manhã antes de sair para o meu passeio, quando retornei ainda não estava funcionado. Reclamei novamente e tivemos que mudar de quarto. Achei um brinco com a ponta virada para cima, por sorte estava de chinelo, senão teria machucado meu pé. Ou seja, a limpeza não foi bem feita.
